Meet the Catapult Team
Jon launched Catapult Creative Labs at AIM in January 2016 and continues to oversee the agency along with AIM’s digital and video operations. His distinguished career includes numerous awards for editorial content, digital innovation, and multimedia product development. He lives in Boulder and enjoys sports that require fanatical suffering.
A 17-year veteran of film and television, Jeff oversees AIM Studios, our in-house production company. AIM STUDIOS works with clients to strategize and create custom content, commercials, TV shows, and digital content. Jeff previously worked for sister company Warren Miller Entertainment, where he led the television development group creating pilots, specials, and television series for networks including ESPN, E! Entertainment Television, Spike TV, Fox Sports, Travel Channel, Versus, The Weather Channel, and The Outdoor Network. His credits include producing more than 100 episodes of television, and 2,000 commercial and branded content videos.
Andrea comes to Catapult with more than 20 years experience in marketing across a variety of industries. Andrea excels at connecting customers with businesses and creating innovative and creative marketing campaigns that achieve goals. Prior to Catapult, Andrea ran a marketing consultancy that worked with CEOs to establish marketing strategies. Andrea lives in Denver with her daughter and enjoys skiing, golfing, hiking and yoga.
Christina Erb LoVullo brings a mix of journalism and corporate communications expertise to Catapult. She got her start as a journalist, writing for The New York Times, Outside and Men’s Journal, before transitioning to brand communications. She has 10 years of corporate communications expertise, where she led public relations efforts and brand strategy for dozens of premium outdoor companies. Christina lives near Boulder with her husband and two children, where she enjoys yoga, hiking and climbing.
Katie is AIM’s digital nerve center, the person who makes sure all systems are optimized and running smoothly. She oversees website hosting and analytics, as well as enterprise platforms for content management, video, newsletter, and advertising. She previously worked on Backpacker.com, RunnersWorld.com, Prevention.com, Menshealth.com, and other sites. Katie also teaches social media for UCLA Extension and has freelanced for The Onion, Sunset, and 5280. She lives in Boulder with her husband, two sons, and Lunchbox the bulldog.
Amanda Phillips brings 10+ years of lead generation experience to Catapult. In 2014, she relaunched the Home Group’s B2B and B2C qualified buyer programs. Before AIM, Amanda served in marketing leadership positions at Intrado, and in Penton Media’s Technology Division. At home in Loveland, Colorado, with her two young sons and husband, Amanda enjoys running, reading, and time with her boys.
Audrey joins Catapult with 5 years in the pet pharmaceutical industry, specifically focused in the equine space, working in brand, marketing and sponsorship strategy. Additionally, Audrey has experience working in private equity, hedge fund management, and real estate. Audrey recently relocated to Colorado from NY and traded in her surf board for skis. In her free time, she enjoys any kind of equine activity, exploring new hikes and cheering on Ohio State’s football team.
Prior to joining AIM, Aashish worked in project management at a start-up in Boulder, 2+ years of graphic design background working in commercial real estate in Denver, and account and client services agency experience most recently at a marketing firm in Boulder. Outside of his professional career, Aashish is heavily involved in the Nepalese community as the current Mr. ANA Nepal. He is the brand ambassador for the American Nepalese Association charity program, and frequently performs and hosts local cultural events. Aashish is an avid hiker, enjoys skiing and loves the mountains and outdoors.
